This limited edition Mango Pandan Lite cake is our unique version of pandan chiffon cake. Deliciously healthy. It is baked with 100% almond flour for more fibre and protein. And it is layered with luscious cream cheese and fresh mango bites. This cake is gluten-free, low sugar and low carbs where the sugar comes mainly from the natural mango fruit sugar.
Why Mango Pandan Lite? Pandan in recent years has been dubbed as our national cake hence is perfect for celebrating Singapore’s birthday !
We have also received raving feedback when we debut this flavor last year at Singapore Festival 2024, Central Market, so we decided to bring it back for SG60 this year!
