It sounded a little weird “Beetroot Chocolate Cake” The cake was so beautiful to look at with the pink frosting and the dried rose petals sprinkled on it. It tasted as good as it looked – if not better. All of this whilst still being vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free. A firm favourite.
